Sample Runner is soft-opening local courier pickup and drop-off for sealed environmental and drinking-water sample packages. You pack, seal, and complete your chain of custody. We do not open packages; unsealed packages may be declined. We log requested windows, pickup and drop-off photos, QR scans, and run status. Contact us to request a run; scheduling is subject to courier capacity confirmation.

How runs are handled
Sealed-package handling
Built for sealed packages. We do not open them, and unsealed packages may be declined.
Client-owned CoC
You complete your chain-of-custody form. Sample Runner does not fill CoC fields. The client's chain-of-custody form travels with the package.
Run records
Our workflow requires pickup and drop-off records before a run is marked delivered (drop-off photo + QR recorded).

Once runs are live, clients receive a Run record by email with timestamps, QR match results, and photos. A copy can go to the receiving lab at the client's request.
